WHO WE ARE

Zion Hope Primitive Baptist Church is a Christ-centered church family located in the heart of Pensacola, Florida. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Brandon L. Mason, we are committed to sharing the hope of Jesus Christ in a way that is biblical, relevant, and easy to understand.

We are made up of people from different generations, backgrounds, and life experiences who are learning, growing, worshiping, and serving together. Although our stories may be different, we are united by our faith in God and our desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Simply put, we are a church where you can belong, become, and be encouraged.

WHAT WE DO

Empower the Church

We help people grow stronger in their faith and discover how their gifts can be used to serve God and others. Through worship, biblical teaching, Sunday School, ministry involvement, prayer, and fellowship, we create opportunities for every member of the family to grow.

Encourage the Community

Our care extends beyond the walls of our church. We support individuals and families through prayer, congregational care, wellness initiatives, community events, helpful resources, and meaningful partnerships.

We believe the church should be present, compassionate, and responsive to the needs of its community.

Exalt Christ

Everything we do is centered on Jesus Christ. Through worship, music, teaching, service, and our everyday lives, we seek to honor Him and help others experience His love, grace, and hope.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe in God and in the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

We believe the Bible provides truth, wisdom, and guidance for everyday life.

We believe prayer is powerful and that no concern is too large or too small to bring before God.

We believe everyone has value, purpose, and gifts that can be used to serve others.

We believe faith should be lived beyond Sunday morning through love, compassion, integrity, generosity, and service.

We believe the church is more than a building. It is a family of people growing together, caring for one another, and bringing hope to the world around them.

OUR CULTURE

Welcoming

You will be greeted with warmth and treated like family. It does not matter what you wear, how much you know about church, or how long it has been since you attended. You are welcome here.

Worshipful

Our worship honors God through prayer, music, preaching, and praise. You are invited to participate in the way that feels most comfortable while you become familiar with our church.

Caring

We believe people should feel seen, supported, and valued. We pray with one another, check on those who are sick or facing difficult seasons, celebrate life’s special moments, and walk together through challenges.

Growing

None of us has arrived. We are all learning and becoming more like Christ. Zion Hope is a place where you can ask questions, gain a better understanding of the Bible, and take your next step in faith without judgment.

Serving

We believe everyone has something meaningful to contribute. Through ministries such as education, music, healthcare, congregational care, media, ushering, and senior fellowship, members can use their abilities to serve the church and the community.

Community-Minded

We care about the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals and families. From prayer and biblical education to wellness programs and community resources, we want our presence to help make Pensacola stronger.
